1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 365apk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 365apk website, mobile applications (including the Android APK), casino lobby, sports betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the 365apk platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You have not been previously excluded or self-excluded from the 365apk platform, and you are not subject to any third-party self-exclusion order that covers the platform.
• All information you provide during registration and KYC verification is accurate, complete, and current.

365apk reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 365apk. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

3. Account Responsibilities

Players are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their 365apk account credentials, including their registered mobile number, password, and two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify 365apk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. 365apk will not be held liable for any financial losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials or your failure to promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

You agree to keep your account information up to date. Any change to your registered mobile number, payment method details, or personal information must be reported to support and processed through the official account verification procedure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 365apk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 365apk accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, USDT TRC20, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method as published on the platform at the time of the transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are reviewed periodically and may change. Players are responsible for checking current applicable limits before initiating a transaction.

Deposits are credited to player accounts upon confirmation of receipt by 365apk's payment processing systems. Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 60 minutes during normal banking hours.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method(s) registered to your 365apk account. 365apk will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have been successfully verified under KYC procedures. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: 1–4 hours for verified accounts
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah): 1–2 business days
• USDT TRC20: Subject to blockchain confirmation times

365apk reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or withdrawal requests that display unusual patterns.

365apk does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, third-party fees imposed by your payment provider, mobile network operator, or bank are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 365apk offers bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 365apk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or circumvention is detected.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

6. Betting Rules

365apk offers sports betting markets including but not limited to cricket (PSL, international T20, ODI, Test), football, and other sports. All bets are accepted subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances expressly provided for in 365apk's sport-specific betting rules.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or materially altered, 365apk's specific rules for the relevant sport will govern the settlement of bets placed on that event.
• Palpable errors in odds — including clearly incorrect odds resulting from data feed errors or technical issues — do not bind 365apk. 365apk reserves the right to void bets placed on palpable error odds.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per account may apply and will be published on the platform.

7. Casino Games

All casino games available on 365apk — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and jackpots — utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealing procedures provided by internationally recognised third-party game studios. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within the individual game information screens.

365apk does not control the mathematical outcomes of certified third-party casino games. Game malfunctions void all related play and returns. In the event of a connectivity interruption during a live game, 365apk's systems log the last confirmed game state, which will be used for settlement purposes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on 365apk:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access games, or otherwise interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or loopholes in platform logic to gain credits or advantages not intended by the platform.
• Arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any form of systematic bonus abuse designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotions.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or not verified under your KYC documents.
• Engaging in conduct that 365apk reasonably believes to be related to money laundering or other financial crime.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

9. Responsible Gaming

The minimum age to access 365apk is 18 years. Players who become aware that an underage person is accessing the platform using their credentials must immediately report the matter to 365apk support. Players are responsible for the security of their account on shared devices.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and can range from 24 hours to permanent. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, 365apk will take reasonable steps to prevent account access and will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365apk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: service interruptions, technical failures, errors in odds or game results subsequently corrected, delays in deposit or withdrawal processing, or any reliance on information published on the platform.

365apk's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 365apk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 365apk or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any 365apk intellectual property without prior written consent.

12. Privacy

365apk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes personal information provided during registration, KYC verification, transaction records, and platform usage data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 365apk's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 365apk's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of 365apk's operating jurisdiction.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 365apk complies with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction, including those of Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice and players should seek independent legal counsel if uncertain about the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

365apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 365apk will notify registered players by email to the address on file or by in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of 365apk following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
